Next Pickup on Monday, July 27 Please invite your friends
“Happy Day Gifts!” Our friend Carol coined those words for the surprise gift, given when one is least expecting it, given with such happy energy that it is sure to bring the recipient that warm feeling of love and affectionate! That is exactly what these delicious looking treats are: Happy Day Gifts, certainly promising a happy day for the recipients! No special day is being celebrating, just the truth that everyone deserves a happy day just by being a participant on planet Earth.
Thank you, team members, Jo Smith, for those scrumptious looking goodies; Milena and Silvia Espinoza and family for the amazing sandwiches and groceries; the Smithhislers and the Vargases for all those perfect pantry items; and thank you, everyone, for your prayers for all struggling with food challenges, as prayer is truly a great service!
We will be picking up any items you would like to contribute that will bring smiles to others. Thank you for helping not only to eliminate hunger but also the worry of not being able to get food! The items needed are listed below and have not changed. Of course, you are welcome to be creative and think of other things that one might need in a family’s pantry. Please let us know by Friday if you would like us to come by, so that we can plan our pickup schedule. Thank you in advance for all that you are and do, and for joining together in creating happiness for others.
