Inspiration comes from so many incredible sources!  This week, we felt very inspired by one of the members who has written not merely one, but three books! (the other titles, besides the one above, are Listening and Is This Anybody in Your Family? Family Reunion.)  We had no idea and are so happy to know about these creations.  Of course, Lueretha would point to the Divine as the source of all her endeavors!  And God Cried (pictured above), a poignant book of poems and writings, (recognized by Barbara Bush), can be found on Amazon.  These heartfelt writings outpour God’s everlasting compassion, expressed in such a way to allow us to release, perhaps, buried emotions so that we can be more and more free inside. In Lueretha’s words, “Allow yourself to feel the words.  Let your inner self unfold to grasp the intent of this book.  Take hold of the pure, clean, honest truth…Experience a touch of what it felt like then, so you can begin to feel with a sense of inner knowing, what the inside of you is saying about all that’s happening today.”  Thank you, Lueretha, for being such a beautiful channel through your writings. Writing helps us all to just stop and really take a closer look at our worlds for sure, so thank you for supporting the Austin Street folks with journals, and pens, and whatever you feel to give.  These tools can be one ray on the path of healing.

We are also picking up for the North Texas Food Bank, any non-perishable items, anything that you would eat.(No meat, please) Many folks are in great need for free food, so they can have money for other necessities.   The list of items needed for the Austin Street Shelter is the same as for the last pick up and is shown below: (please let us know if you would like a pickup by Saturday, Feb 20th, so we can schedule the pickups.  If you have not gotten a text from us confirming by Sunday evening, please give us a call since there might have been a communication breakdown.)  The next pickup will be MONDAY, February 22.

To schedule pickup, text Eric or Shakti Biskamp at 214-235-8324 or 214-394-0583 or email mail@shaktibiskamp.com to schedule pickup
