Ananda Yoga is not workout yoga; it’s work-in yoga: it’s about using the postures to go inside and uplift your consciousness. Taught by Supriya Chadick.
Our approach emphasizes dynamic relaxation through the various postures, combined with breathing techniques and mental focus. The result is physical rejuvenation, mental clarity and a deeper sense of inner peace. more about Ananda Yoga here.
Classes are suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing. Please come early for your first class to complete paperwork and meet the instructor.

Supriya Chadwick served as director of Ananda Dallas for nearly 15 years. She now serves in the role of spiritual director and teacher. Supriya continues to find Joy in teaching beginning and advanced meditation classes, Hatha & Raja Yoga and various workshops to both experienced and beginning students on their spiritual path.
