Dear Friends,
Ananda Dallas is very much here to serve you, only in a slightly different form.
We invite you to join us online for meditations, yoga and healing prayers as we come together energetically to not only support one another but to be Warriors of Light for others!
During this unprecedented time that is challenging us all, let’s surround ourselves in a bubble of Light that ever expands to include not only our family and friends but the whole world. That’s what our yoga practices were made for and now we can utilize these lifesaving, life giving tools more profoundly. In this way, we remain steady in the midst of the ever shifting uncertainty, and can keep our hearts open to pump much needed light and love into the world.
So join us friends. Together we can be strong, we can be fearless, and we can shine.
Together in the Divine Light,
Supriya,
Spiritual Director of Ananda Dallas

Facing World Challenges as Warriors of Light
Watch this inspiring message by Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi, the spiritual directors of Ananda, and Dr. Peter Van Houten, MD, the medical director of Sierra Family Health Center near Nevada City for the past 40 years, as they share the best practical and spiritual practices during the corona virus pandemic. Practice the powerful affirmation below by Yogananda with Nayaswami Devi (from his book “Scientific Healing Affirmations”).
Unreasoning apprehension is the cause of disease.
Paramhansa Yogananda
It is the real germ of all sickness; therefore, be cautious, not fearful.
Do your best to remove the causes of disease, then be absolutely unafraid.
