Ananda Texas welcomes Nayaswami Pranaba again for a full weekend of events centered around Kriya Yoga. The weekend includes a public program Friday night, Saturday Silent Kriyaban Retreat Day, and then Sunday service followed by an Indian Banquet celebration for all our newly initiated kriyabans. All events take place at our Ananda Texas Sangha House.
The silent retreat day with initiation is open to all qualified Ananda Kriyabans and first time initiates, but everyone is invited to join us for the Sunday Service and Indian Banquet as we celebrate together our new kriyabans!
Ananda in Texas is blessed once again to be offering again the opportunity to come together as Kriyabans IN PERSON for an all day Kriyaban Silent Retreat Day including Kriya Initiation. This year we will hold it for the first time at our Ananda Texas Sangha House in Richardson. Kriyacharya Pranaba will facilitate the retreat starting with a three hour sadhana. Later, he will conclude the day with a First Kriya Initiation offered to qualified participants. ( Note: Second Kriya will be offered on Sunday afternoon. Contact [email protected] for more info on all initiations.)
Kickstarting our inward day of silence and inner communion, we will gather in the morning for a full sadhana in preparation for our Kriya initiation in the late afternoon. After our sadhana morning we will share a light vegetarian lunch together and then be able to enjoy the rest of our silent retreat day either finding our perfect seclusion spot inside the sangha house or on our beautiful sangha house grounds. For inspiration, in one of our sangha rooms we will be offering Ananda videos related to kriya. There will also be ample library books available for perusal too and our boutique books will all be at 20% for just the retreat day if there is a special book one wants to purchase.
Investment: $50 includes a vegetarian lunch with special dietary needs taken into consideration.
Preregistration required by Nov 5th.
Public programs open to all will be held at the Sangha House on Friday, Nov 8th 6:00-8:00pm, Living Life to Our Fullest Potential; How Kriya Yoga Can Help, and again on Sunday, Nov 10th and includes Sunday service starting at 10:00am, followed by a celebratory Indian Banquet from noon to 2:00pm.

While it appears that we have ample parking all around us, we are wanting to be sensitive to our neighbors who own the adjacent parking lot. Therefore we ask that you do not park in the church lot. Please park in the following areas in the order below:
- Park in our driveway. Right or left sides are both fine, just not behind the garages and not in the first spaces closest to the building.
- Park PARALLEL on the street across from us but NOT into the grass on the grass. (inside tires can be on the grass about 12 inches, the rest on the street)
- Park in the lot on the far side of the grassy area across the street. (Behind the grassy area near the brick wall)
Thank you so much for your consideration of this!
