Join us for an engaging afternoon delving into Yoga Therapy, combining knowledge from the whole body of yogic principles. Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.

It addresses an individual’s physical and mental/emotional areas of challenge, discovered through detailed intake information, to provide targeted, helpful yoga interventions.

A safe and effective yoga therapy assessment includes a skilled observation of body structure and function, posture alignment, breath, subtle energy, chakras, plus Ayurvedic considerations. A full teaching of Energization Exercises also is included, and will be videotaped.

(Pre-registration required by Friday February 9)
