Spring Course begins March 19! 
This interactive 9-week course is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga – and live – more deeply.

Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors.

Sat April 11 – Patanjali’s 8-fold Path + Yamas & Niyamas – Maitri & Eric

Thurs April 23 – Affirmations – Supriya
(no class April 30)
Sat May 9 Anatomy of Yoga ~ the Chakras – Maitri, Eric
Thurs May 14 – Guru – Maitri & Supriya
Thurs May 21 – Healthy Living – Christina

6:00 – 6:20pm – EE

6:20 – 7:20pm – hatha

7:20 – 7:45pm – chant, meditation

7:45 – 8:00pm – snack break

8:00 – 9:00pm – philosophy

Cost for course: $249 / $239 if registered by March 8

Cost for individual classes:  $25 for Thursdays, $40 for Saturday workshops
