Spring Course begins March 19!
This interactive 9-week course is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of
yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga –
and live – more deeply.
Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors.

Cost for course: $249 / $239 if registered by March 8
Cost for individual classes: $25 for Thursdays, $40 for Saturday workshops
