Join us for another fun movie night where we will watch the fascinating film, The Jesus Revolution, based on true events. In the 1970s, young Greg Laurie is searching for all the right things in all the wrong places: until he meets Lonnie Frisbee , a charismatic hippie-street-preacher. Together with Pastor Chuck Smith, they open the doors of Smith’s languishing church to an unexpected revival of radical and newfound love, leading to what TIME Magazine dubbed a JESUS REVOLUTION.
Do you need a little fun and upliftment? Fun Fridays are our opportunity to share the Light through a variety of community gatherings sponsored by our members. It will involve all the essential elements of fun for us as aspiring yogis: satsang and upliftment. (Oh, and we will throw in delicious food too! )It will be expressed in a variety of forms from kirtan, to movies, cooking, and other creative applications.
