We are taking a summer break and will not be teaching yoga classes 07/21, 07/28, and 08/04…returning 08/11.  Meditation will not be affected and will continue as usual.

Maitri Smithhisler, E-RYT500 leads an Ananda Yoga practice that is gentle and suitable for beginners followed by a long meditation led by Nayaswami Supriya.

In the tradition of Paramhansa Yogananda and the Path of Kriya Yoga, you will be guided into meditation with prayer, chanting, and breathing exercises to take you deeper into the stillness and peace of your own inner being.
