For the month of September, only the meditation portion of the sadhana will be offered.  We apologize for any inconvenience as we are transitioning into our new home.  We hope in October to be offering yoga in person again.  Stay tuned!

Nayaswami Supriya leads our sadhana meditation. In the tradition of Paramhansa Yogananda and the Path of Kriya Yoga, you will be guided into meditation with prayer, chanting, and breathing exercises to take you deeper into the stillness and peace of your own inner being.
